Agentis Longevity (“Agentis” or the “Company”) is seeking an M&A and Business Development Associate to support acquisitions and other business development initiatives. Agentis is pioneering care in hormone optimization therapy, peptides, exosomes and other longevity-centric treatments – advancing patients to live longer, healthier, happier lives. Backed by Shore Capital, Agentis is rapidly expanding through M&A and organic growth across a fragmented & high-demand longevity market. This role is located in our headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee and we support longevity clinics across the Midwest & Southeast.
The M&A and Business Development Associate will report to the VP of M&A with heavy involvement from the Chief Executive Officer and will have a high level of visibility and interaction with the rest of the executive management team. The Associate will also interact with Shore Capital Partners as well as management teams at prospective acquisition targets.

Responsibilities
Support the execution of add-on acquisitions
Lead and perform deal-related analysis, including financial modeling and due diligence review
Manage financial due diligence and support the executive team in deal structuring and negotiations for platform affiliations; work with legal counsel and lenders as required
Develop in-depth acquisition memorandums and present investment rationale to senior management
Assist in tracking a robust pipeline of affiliation targets developed by the Business Development team, executive team, Board of Directors, and Shore Capital
Develop strategic presentation materials for Board and management meetings
Evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in the M&A process
Who You Are

This is an excellent position for individuals with three or more years of deal execution, analysis and/or diligence experience within private equity, investment banking, or corporate development. Ideal candidates are motivated to execute on a robust acquisition pipeline in a high-growth environment and possess the following qualifications:
Background in finance and accounting, valuation, and business strategy
Desire to lead deal analysis and execute entire deal process from initial screening to transaction close
Ability to work in autonomous, fast-moving environment
BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance or a business-related major
Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
Strong organizational skills and interpersonal/communication skills; must be able to manage and prioritize multiple business objectives and projects with the proper sense of urgency
Strong written and oral presentation skills; ability to present concisely and with detail
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience: $100,000 - $120,000 annual salary, plus per deal acquisition bonus and annual company bonus
