Role Overview 

The Senior Director of Sales is the revenue engine of Agentis Longevity. This leader owns the full D2C sales operation — from first contact to closed member to long-term retained patient. You will build and manage a high-performance sales team, design affiliate and referral infrastructure, operate reactivation campaigns, and drive revenue across multiple service lines in a cash-pay environment. 

This is a builder’s role. You will inherit strong brand momentum and clinical credibility, and your job is to translate that into consistent, scalable revenue. If you have spent your career selling intangible health services to consumers who are investing in themselves with their own money, you are built for this.

Core Responsibilities 

D2C Sales Ownership 

  • Own the end-to-end consumer sales funnel from lead acquisition through membership close 

  • Build and refine a consultative sales process tailored to cash-pay longevity medicine 

  • Manage inbound lead response systems and outbound prospecting cadences 

  • Develop and enforce pricing integrity and discount governance across service lines 

  • Drive conversion on programs including hormone optimization, peptide protocols, metabolic panels, and longevity memberships 

Affiliate & Referral Program Development 

  • Design and launch a structured affiliate program including tiered commission structures, partner onboarding, and tracking infrastructure 

  • Recruit and activate partners including fitness professionals, functional medicine practitioners, corporate wellness platforms, and influencers aligned with Agentis’ values 

  • Build referral loops within the existing patient base through loyalty incentives and ambassador frameworks 

  • Establish affiliate performance metrics and run ongoing optimization cycles 

Sales Incentives & Team Performance 

  • Design and operate a competitive, motivating commission and incentive structure for the sales team 

  • Run monthly and quarterly sales contests, SPIF programs, and performance-based recognition programs 

  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, call coaching, and performance development sessions 

  • Partner with HR and Finance to ensure comp plans are both competitive and sustainable 

Reactivation & Retention Revenue 

  • Build and own a formal reactivation program targeting lapsed members and churned patients 

  • Develop segmented win-back campaigns by service type, lapse duration, and patient value 

  • Coordinate with CXO and clinical teams on reactivation offers and care re-entry pathways 

  • Track reactivation rate as a core KPI and report to leadership monthly 

Multi-Service Revenue Growth 

  • Drive cross-sell and upsell across Agentis service offerings including add-on protocols, labs, and premium membership tiers 

  • Work with marketing to align campaign messaging to active service promotions 

  • Identify seasonal revenue opportunities and design time-limited offers that maintain brand premium 

  • Partner with clinical leadership to develop new service packaging that increases average revenue per patient 

Sales Operations & Reporting 

  • Own CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and sales forecasting with accuracy and accountability 

  • Report weekly to the CEO on pipeline health, closed revenue, reactivations, and affiliate performance 

  • Develop and maintain a sales playbook for onboarding new team members and scaling the function 

  • Identify and implement technology tools that improve speed, tracking, and close rates 

What We Are Looking For 

Non-Negotiable Experience 

  • 5+ years in D2C sales leadership within cash-pay healthcare, medtech, or premium consumer health 

  • Proven track record of personally closing high-ticket health services ($3,000+ transactions) 

  • Experience designing and managing affiliate or partner programs from the ground up 

  • History of building and leading sales teams of 5 or more in a high-growth environment 

  • Demonstrated command of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and pipeline discipline 

  • Experience running reactivation campaigns with measurable win-back rates 

Highly Valued Background 

  • Experience in hormone therapy, peptide programs, functional medicine, or longevity medicine 

  • Background in DTC health brands that operated without insurance reimbursement 

  • Familiarity with TRT, GLP-1, metabolic health, or performance medicine sales environments 

  • Experience with physician-led or clinician-partnered sales processes

Compensation & Benefits 

On-target Range: $160,000 - $220,000+ (salary + uncapped commission)
